1) Parking: There are two reserved spots behind the house underneath the trees. Please respect our neighbors and do not park on the street. The driveway is narrow so be extra careful when enter/exit. 2) No Smoking: Smoking smell is extremely difficult to remove. If we find evidence of smoking like smell and cigarette butts inside the house, we have to charge $250 to cover the extra cleaning cost. 3) Shoes: The floor is professionally cleaned when you arrive and we ask that you leave your shoes at the door to keep it nice throughout your stay. The bench by entry door has 3 racks where you can conveniently store all your shoes inside the house. 4) Cleanliness: We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put dishes or kitchenware used in the dishwasher and put trash in the provided bins outside. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and keep costs down for you and future guests. 5) Illegal Activities & Drugs: What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no illegal activities & drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules. 6) Occupancy: In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.
